Once we have submitted an estimate of costs and you have approved it, work will begin. We normally require 1/3 of the estimated cost up front before starting your project. However, we are flexible on this. Please mention payment plans if you believe this will assist your financial situation. We really do believe in working with you on this.

Throughout the design process, we will send you emails or call you to discuss what we are working on and if we need further information from you. We may also offer ideas about content and design. Your website will be posted to a temporary location so you can watch the progress and see it all come together. When we complete a portion of your website, we will notify you and ask you to review and approve the website thus far.

If you have new ideas for your site during the design and development process, you may bring those to us at any time -- even if those ideas involve reworking content, layout, image(s) or the whole site. If it ends up increasing or even decreasing the estimate, we will let you know and provide a new estimate and wait for your approval before continuing. This allows you to maintain full control of your costs and development of your website. Minor tweaks and revisions are accepted throughout the design process with no additional charges.

Once the site is completely finished, we will again email you and request a full site review and approval. Once completed, we will invoice the remaining amount due and your site will be ready to be posted live to the World Wide Web!

A website can be designed in as little as 2 weeks (approximately) for an average size site (10-15 pages). The timeframe will depend on how quickly we receive requested information from your organization, the design approval stage, and other glitches that may occur. Otherwise the amount of time for this phase can vary greatly depending on the size of the site and how much content has been provided by the client. 1. Design

• Tell us what you are looking for and possibly give us sample website to look at
• We put together a sitemap to choose the buttons for you site
• Design or implement your current logo
• Determine whether you or CoeyTech will write your content
• Do you have a domain name and hosting? I not we'll help you get your personalized domain name and email addresses and host the site for you.

2. Quote

• We send you a quote.
• Review and we'll make changes if neccessary.
• Sign and send it back to us awith a deposit and we begin work imediately.
  

3. Design in progress

• Easily send us your logo, or we'll design it for you if in quote.
• Send us your text, links and graphics for the body for each web page.
• We put together your design and show it to you at a temporary location this will not be a working website.
• Once you approve the website design we will build your pages at a temporary location to review as we build. The second deposit is due and no more design changes will be implemented without additional fees.
• All page are built and text, links and pictures implemented.

4. Show the world

• After entire website is approved final payment is due
• Coey Tech will then ee'll publish it to the world wide web
