We offer personal training to those in the area but can also offer conference call training as well.

Online Technology is HOT on the web and sometimes free. Sometimes you may pay a small fee, some companies are starting to charge a small fee so only interested parties will partake in their online course. Some people will go take an online course just because it is free. Otherwise their servers can become over come with visitors, this way only the really interested parties get on.

Coey Tech's online course are being designed to help you teach yourself in case you were interested in maintaining your own website. We have a lot of our clients maintaining their own websites and we just do the design work or help them out along the way. Our course are not part of any degree program.

These online courses could help you determine if you would like to have a career in design, computers or technology of some sort, but are really designed as a stepping stone for you our clients to get a step ahead and save some money by maintaining their own websites.

That being said, our first courses currently being designed are:

• FTP is the way to TYFF: File Transfer Protocol or FTP is a great way to move files from computer to computer. Lots of people have home computers now-a-days and instead of saving to disk or emailing a few files per email this is an easy way to do it, Transfer Your Files Fast (TYFF - yes I made that up)!. However, the main reason why we FTP is to transfer your files onto your web hosting server. We also use it with clients to transfer pictures, transferring 50 pictures via FTP only takes a minute or 2 via FTP and probably 5 - 10 emails!!! Plus, this is how you post your website to the World Wide Web.
• Learn to Maintain your website: Learning how to maintain your website can be one of your goals. We are putting together an online course to help you learn the basics to maintain your website on your own. We'll give you tips and tricks to make it fun and easy for you.
