Realtor Listing Database
We have designed a Realtor Listing Database that allows
agents to add their listings to the their Web site and our
search engine, www.CoeyFlyer.com.
The following is a list of options of how the Realtor Listing Database helps the agent:
- Enter as many pictures as you need, a thumbnail
picture and an enlarged picture is added and automatically sized for you.
- Add virtual tours.
- A check list of activities completed on each home (inspections, showings, etc.).
- Enter text details about the house and more.
- Opening page has a list of all the available properties,
can sort by price range, type of home and location.
- Client can add, edit and delete listings.
- Sellers checklist, password protected.
- Emails clients when a new listing is entered into the database.

This price includes a 4 page Web site with content, logos and pictures provided by client.
This does not include entering listings into your site. If you would like us to enter your
listings into the site or add any additional items to your site such as graphics, flash,
forms or other we will quote those items separately. This code (database) will fit in
either a framed or unframed site.
