The Process
Our process is simple but effective. After we have determined what you want for your new website or the degree of maintenance or add-ons you need, Coey Technologies, Inc. (CTI) will send you a contract stating the details of your project.

After we receive the signed agreement with a deposit we will start working on your website project. We will design the home page and/or template page and have it available for your viewing so you can pre-approve the design before we go any further. This may not be a working website at this point. After the design has been approved and another deposit is received we will start inputting data, pictures, links, etc. into your new website. It will be available at a temporary location for your viewing while under construction. After your final approval and the final payment is submitted we will post your website live to the server of your choice. Depending on the hosting company, the website may post instantly or it could take up to 48 hours before posting.

You will be charged actual hours, but not to exceed our estimate, as long as we do not add any other items to the agreement.

The first payment of one-third is due before we start the design process, another third is due after design approval, and the final payment is due after the final approval of the entire Web site but before we post.
